Processing Time
Sometimes, orders could take 1-2 days to process after being placed. Then, products will be delivered in 2-4 working days.
We also ship products on weekends.

Where can I find my tracking number? 
When your items are shipped, you will receive an automatic notification from the system via email, providing you with a tracking number.
The code must be entered in the “Track my order” section of the menu. If you haven’t received one or the tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry – contact us and we’ll fix it! If you need more detailed information, write an e-mail to info@ericaferreira.com.
